Billed and OWED money but I'm not an ADT CUSTOMER

This is now just ludicrous and beyond a joke. As a company proclaiming Security they do an excellent job my money. Firstly I am a STALLION SECURITY client and have been so for a long while, I DO NOT HAVE AN ADT ALARM SYSTEM AND NEVER HAVE so how in the world can I be billed and issued a statement. I have been trying to get a refund from ADT since last year (2012), I was promised by the Sales rep William Koelemoer and his Sales Manager, Leon Du Plessis that I would be refunded for an account I do not have. It all started when I was going to change security companies, unfortunaeltey I could not get out of my contract and advised the sales rep and ADT. All documentation was cancelled yet I was debited for an alrm system I did not have and now getting statements to pay. Dont even bother to try call in as I spent 35minutes on my cellular and my wife on her cellular for over 20 odd minutes getting pushed from accounts, to sales to call centre with no on being able to help, oh then you get cut off and have to start again. When asked to speak to the MD I was informed there is none. Does ADT pay for the bill, NO!!! I WANT MY MONEY AND I AM NOT AN ADT CLIENT I AM WITH STALLION!!!
