Poor service

I joined this company a month ago and was never advised correctly from the beginning. I don't have the time to explain all that on the site as I might exhaust my words.they failed to deliver from the on set now that I just want the contract cancelled there seems to be a problem as the decision maker which is the sales manager is not available and he is the only one that can make the decision... REALLY such a big company having 1 decision maker. I NEED THE MATTER TO BE SORTED OUT PLEASE.I can't be stressing about this matter as I have a life to entertain.
