Efunding money

I asked multichoice to cancel my dstv cause i moved from 1 province to another and i couldnt take my dstv, they cancelled my dstv immediately and they told me that they will refund my money back to my account, that was on the 2nd of august, whenever i call them about my refund i will get different stories and i was told to go to my bank to clear my check and the was nothing refunded to my acc up until 1 of the consaltant called me and said the money is not yet refunded because they have my wrong details, but all along i was told that my money has been paid back. WHAT A BAD SERVICE!!!
