6 months after cancellation and STILL paying

We cancelled our debit order last year in October and I contact the 0861212300 telephone number every month - spending hours - trying to stop our debit order and arrange for a refund. Not only has it cost me by money out of the bank, the cost of a debit order, what about the cost of phoning each month and my time spent each month on the telephone - with no joy.

La Rochelle Girls' Primary School in Paarl is a government school and we need every cent - I am so frustrated at the lack of customer service that I have no words.
