Its bEen almost a month no REFUND

I have settled the money I owed you and u still took a garnish of R1500.till toay I still have not received my refund amount for the garnish took. I contat the call centre number (nevermind the fact I've spent so much time holding) no one can help me with the refund.they say I must wait for a call.whose call? when will that be!!?!
I need my m back in my account asap.we live in technology times and electronic banking surely my refund should not take this long.
I want my money for my refund.and I want it now.
How do I get to work? e do I get money for food if you people are keeping my money after I have settled.
I want my R1500 and I want asap..
