I sold my previous vehicle in April and Cartrack wanted to charge me an arm & a leg to transfer the contract to my new vehicle. It was cheaper to install a new tracking system, but I had to keep on paying the old w=system until the contract runs out.

I completed the required cancellation document and sent it via e mail to Olivia Maphosa as my contract was expiring on 12 October and they wanted notice. I sent this to Olivia on 30 September 2013. I followed up with e mails to confirm cancellation of contract and debit order, to no avail. On my e mail of this weekend, requesting a refund, I also did not receive any response

Low and behold, the debit order goes through again on 1 November 2013. This is ridiculous and outright of consumers. It is also a nightmare to communicate with someone that can take responsibility.

When I read the other horor stories on Hello Peter about Cartrack, they should be banned from doing business and the public warned against them. I trust Noah is reading this.

It also from the other reading appears that Cartrac are now trying to make money on people that sell their cars, there is no offering to existing customers for return business.
