We had a break in on 10/10/2013. We contacted ADT to send a rep, so that we could look at an improved system, I had to eventually threaten to move to a different security company before anyone even bothered to call me back a week later. Finally had the quote done, and paid in full, 25/10/2013. AND STILL waiting for feedback from the technical department. All this I can deal with, as I have had someone atleast responding to my queries. But AGAIN in keeping with the culture of ignoring paying customers, I have tried in vain for 3 hours to reach the accounts department to find out why almost double my monthly payment was deducted off my bank account, and NOBODY picks up the phone or CALLS BACk, even though I have tried to make use of the callback system...

Now, Could someone from ADT contact me with the details for U&S alarms...
