September 2012 I bought a vehicle that was returned to the dealership due to defects in November 2012. The dealership was supposed to pay the cancellation fee, which was sent to them. With the replacement vehicle, the insurance did not require a tracking device. Cartrack was informed of me not being in possesion of the car anymore, way before the car was returned to the dealership.
I have so many times phoned in and emailed, explaining the situation, but still the debit orders are being taken off every month. Every time I am just told that they will get back to me, but this has never happened. The bank won't stop it, as the have new policies, where the have to confirm with the supplier if they can in fact cancel the debit order.
I am really fed up having to pay for something I don't have! When asking for the manager, I am told I cannot speak to them, or they will call me back.
I want a refund for all the months I did not have the vehicle!
