I owned a Landrover and through my insurance had cartrack install a tracking system. When I sold my car, I phoned them on their call centre number and gave them the details of the new owner as he wanted to continue with the tracking service and I asked them to cancel my debit order. I was informed that they would phone the new owner and that I had nothing more to do.

Needless to say, they have not stopped the debit orders since then, which was in August 2012. I have gone to the bank every month since and returned the debit order.

They have contacted me in order to collect money, but now claim that they can not find the recording of our phone call... Very convenient!

What do I have to do? Why do they claim to record all calls if they won't use that to prove that the client is right and they are actually wrong!

Sick and tired of this...
