POOR SERVICE FROM CARTRACK

I have sold my vehicle and when I called the contact centre to cancel, they have informed me that I am bound by a 36 month contract, in all fairness I agreed to have the unit transferred to one of my other vehicles, which does not even need a tracking device, but nevertheless I would rather have them transfer the unit than pay an amount of R2700. I then get told that I have to pay a further R850 to have the transfer of the unit done. I have been a long standing client of cartrack and have several of my fleet vehicles tracked by them. I am now seriously reconsidering my options with regard to using Cartrack. Surely if im bound by contract, they would have to re-install the unit to continue tracking!! they are currently tracking a vehicle which I do not even own any longer. highly disappointed as this is the first problem im having ever since I have been using this company however this kind of service will not be tolerated.
