TWO DEBITS BUT NO SERVICE PROVIDED

I asked Cartrack to move the tracking unit from my old vehicle to my new one. The new vehicle was at the dealer and the old vehicle was with me on the opposite side of town. I was told this would take - 3 days to arrange. I got a call to say that Cartrack had a cancellation and the Technician was on his way to the dearler to do the transfer. I advised that the two vehicles were not together and was told to make up my mind as the "Technician" had a distance to travel. I asked them to send the Technician on the Friday as that was the date I was collecting the new car. They advised that this could not be done until after the weekend. I requested that they cancel the transfer as I would be collecting the new car on Friday and would get an alternative supplier to install a tracker into the new vehicle. A few days later I was telephoned by Cartrack to say that they would be debiting my bank account at the end of October for the work carried out. I advised them that they could not do this as no work was done. However on Friday 25th October my bank account was debited by Cartrack for R 850 - not once but TWICE. They now tell me I must wait 3 days for them to sort it out!!
