Billed Cancelled Subscription

I have contacted Cartrack in November 2012 and cancelled the subscription. The debit order had also been cancelled at the Bank at the same time. Cartrack attempted for months after the cancellation to draw money from my bank account, to be reversed again. I have liased with the Bank several times and the Bank indicated that Cartrack tries a different amount every time. I have changed from Bank because of this problem.

Today, 12 months after the cancellation of the Cartrack subscription and the Bank debit order, I've received a call from lawyers that I owe R600.00 to Cartrack. After explaining to them what happened and that I am not going to pay for something that had been cancelled, the phone went dead. Right after the conversation, I've received an sms that they (the lawyers) will issue a summons, judgement and attach my goods... WHAT!!! Very unhappy. Can Hello Peter HELP?
