Cancellation of Contract

My mother has contacted the Virgin Mobile Callcenter on numerous occasions to cancel her contract and then she is notified that it has been cancelled but still her account is being debited. She called on the 21/09 and 23/09 and was informed that her last debit order will be going off her account the 1st November. She again recieved airtime and called into the callcenter again and they again informed her that the contract has been cancelled. On the 1st December her account was debited with R194.00 and again she called on the 3rd December and they informed her that it has not be cancelled yet. I then called the callcenter from her cellphone and spoke to Sibusiso who tried to put me through to the cancellation department that was closed by that time. I am busy on the line currectly and have spoken to Moxe who says that he cant assist me unless my mother is with me. I have advised him that she is not with me and the reason why I am calling them is that they are not adhering to her request. I REQUEST AND DEMAND THAT THEY GIVE ME A CALL BACK TO CANCELL HER CONTRACT. HER NUMBER IS 0835352756 AND MY CONTACT NUMBER IS 0730257762
