I have tried cancelling my 8ta account now on several occasions and nothing is being done. I have sent the cancellation to the relevant groups, I have filled out the cancellation letter, I have called the call centre numerous occasion. And I have escalated to the Managers and still nothing is being done. I have been debited this month which I shouldn't have as this account should already be cancelled. No one is getting back to me on this and this is going on now for 2 months.
