FURIOUS-Still being billed after cancellation!!!

At the beginning of this month, Virgin Active debited my account even after Discovery Medical Aid had cancelled my contract with them. I complained on hello peter and Nawaal called me to inform me that the money would be refunded. Within 48 hours, the money was refunded. And I further requested that my account with Virgin Active be cancelled with immediate effect. HOWEVER, this morning (not even two weeks later), my account was debited AGAIN!!! with the amount of R569. This is completely unacceptable as I had requested cancellation and was told that this would happen. Clearly there is incompetent administration as can be seen from the numerous complaints of this nature. I even called the call centre this morning but no one called back to resolve the situation. I am sick and tired of this and demand that the contract be cancelled and I want a refund!!! I also want compensation for bank charges for causing my account to go inmto arrears and II want compensation for phone calls made to Virgin Active. If this is not sorted out by the end of today, I will seek legal action as this is not in line with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act!
