Appalling service

As a client of ADT I'm deeply appalled by the kind of service that has been rendered.
More than three weeks ago, I consulted with ADT in the Vaal region to have the system installed at my parent's house in the Vaal. Firstly it was a mission to get the sales guy there, and when he eventually came after several calls and promises- he came and evaluated the property and promised that the system would be installed within one week. After one week of no calls or explanation, she (my mom) called and was told on several occasions that she should have a person at home so that they can come and install the system, yet she had signed papers, paid 'some fee' and given her bank details already. Till today nothing (more than three weeks)!!! No answers, no calls, explanation whatsoever. The idea that one gets, is that if this appauling behavior is displayed now, imagine how it would be in an emergency situation?? Can you urgently get back to me with regards to this, because I find it unbelievable to see that the same service I get here in Johannesburg is the total opposite to that in the Vaal region?
