Since we installed the security system with ADT we have had endless problems. When they first installed the alarm system it never worked and then they said its the signal so they installed a radio which the charged us for. then it still didnt work and they came and did some more repairs of which only worked for a few days and then it didnt work after lots of calls and airtime as well as my time wasted it was fixed and to bring to your attension this is an account of a pensioner my father and he cant afford to keep on paying large amounts you guys charged him R750 in FEB 2013 of which no one could tell me what it was for and i need a answer cause i am really considering getting another security system install
