Car Burnt out but I must still pay them

This is beyond ridiculous!!! ON Monday 30 September 2013 my car burnt out obviously with my tracking device in it. Yesterday 7 October I got a sms from Anne Smith at Altech Netstar advising me that our tracking device is not active!! It is 1 week later!! Never the less I phoned them to advice about the car. Can you believe the response from them? Sorry to hear but I still need to pay the monthly fee or settle the 3 year contract!! There is no way in that I will pay this money. What do you suggest that should have informed you that my car is going to burn out so that you can remove the device??? Believe me if I knew that this was going to happen I would have removed all my precious belongings starting with my handbag!!!
