I bought a brand new dishwasher at Makro Vaal. To my disappointment it doesn't work. I phoned Makro Vaal to ask if I can exchange it, the were rude on the phone and nobody seemed to be willing to help me on the phone, i spoke to almost 5 people in a 30 minutes and nobody wanted to help. Eventually I was told to phone Kelvinator and they will come and repair it at my house.

It took about a week for Kelvinator to come out to my house and its been 3 weeks and they still has not come back to repair it.

Makro has not yet done the slightest effort to ask if the problem is fixed.

There is no client care of client service at all.
