Still waitinged

On the 26th September 2012, ordered an appliance at Makro Vaal, i wes told that it was a catalogue item and would take 3 weeks to arrive. after numerous calls during October, November, December and January, was told that the stock had not arrived and they were still waiting! I then phoned the supplier directly and was told that there was no order for that item!! after numerous calls to both the supplier, salesperson and his manager, was told that the item would be in store on during the course of the week of the 4th February. On Wednesday the 6th February was told by the sales consultant that the item had arrived and he would store it for me until i collected it. On Saturday the 9th February went to collect the item, but i was told that the item had been sold to another customer!! unfortunately i will now have to wait another 6 to 8 weeks for them to receive a new item! one must understand that throughout this entire process, a new kitchen has been installed, the granite tops can not be installed without the appliance, and the tiling can not be done without the granite!! I had to cook -mass lunch on a camping stove and in a microwave oven, Still no kitchen 5 months later!!
