If it wasn't for Zhiyaad van Dyk!!!

I have been struggling for a while now to get our mail addresses updated for our opening and closing reports. I received an e-mail from above employee which I replied to and actually got the reports I have been struggling to get!

I know this staff member did more than was expected. I really hope I can deal with Zhiyaad Van Dyk in future!!
