Account department service is horrendous–Cape

I have been trying to get an account related issue resolved for 3weeks. After4or5 months of not receiving the invoices I sent and enquiry. I received a phone call from a credit controller explaining that there was an issue with1of their suppliers (who was involved in the invoicing process) so people in the cape region had experienced similar problems.

With this info I was understanding and expressed my willingness to propose a payment plan. In order to do this I requested information which I am yet to received. Long story short I am trying to arrange payment terms their service is so shocking I have to chase every few days still can't get the information requested.

I have attempted to escalate this to the regional manager complaining about the service had no feedback either.

To top it all off while this saga has been unfolding I received an automated email saying they are going to cut my service because the payments are behind. Really?

So2questions:
What happened to customer service? (or is this a case once you sign up, you pay they no longer care)
Does anyone know who the Director or CEO for the Cape region is so I can take this issue further?
