After making an EFT to my account the accounts department phoned me advising me that my account was not paid on time. I then reacted and sent them the proof of payment, they did not reply again after this and I was under the impression that the issue was sorted. I then again made a payment and only after a few days the accounts department came back to me saying I have fallen behind with my payments. I there after re sent the proof of payment to another operator, yet again with no response after I have requested from them to respond on receiving of the proof of payment. Now this morning I yet again received a message threatening action if immediate payment isn't made. I now have requested a copy of the recording of the call where one of the operators quoted my account number to me but is still not receiving any assistance to resolve the issue
