STILL WAITING ON CANCELLATION

I Cancelled my R99 subscription in May and to date they are still taking money off my account. I have had emails and phone calls saying that it will all be sorted the end of this month only to find that another debit order has gone off my account. This is totally unprofessional and really dissapointing.
