Can't trace my payments even after proof sent

I have now had an ongoing issue with payment of my account ~ account number 004337573
My dad passed away last October and since then I have been paying the account until I am able to take it over properly. Oct through to Dec payments all went through fine, paying from my ABSA account to theirs, suddenly in January it has become an issue and the last three months have been unable to trace my payment. Despite sending proof of payment every month as well as on Friday (5 April) spending two hours in their Kempton Park branch, giving them all the relevant proof of payments as well as all the information to change it over to my name. This issue is STILL not resolved. I see I am not the only one with this issue.
PLEASE CAN I HAVE IT SORTED OUT...
