I have been handed over by 8ta to VVM for an account i have NEVER had.
I received a SMS stating that i need to Contact VVM.
The first Call Centre representative (Raj) told me that he will need an affidavit stating i never had an account accompanied with a certified copy of my ID. This needs to be faxed to VVM and the info will be attached to my Case file.
On the 19th of February my fax was sent to VVM with all the required information at 11:44am. I requested additional info but did not receive any feedback.
On the 20th of February I requested an update from VVM. The next representative Mbali, indicated that the documentation will take 3-4 working days before added to the case.
On 25Feb i phoned again only to find my case was not updated. Spoke to Mhlango which said i need to email the documentation.
On 6Mar i requested another update- Still nothing was added. I requested to speak to Manager-Mike told me that he needs a certified copy of my id with 3 specimen signatures.

12 working days later and still nothing happened on VVM side.
Clearly someone is not doing what they are paid to and MY NAME is being pulled through mud.
I NEED THIS ISSUE Resolved asap.
