Apathetic Attitude and Lack of Customer Service

In trying to resolve an invoicing issue, found that my phone sim was no longer working.
Had to use my landline to log case 6883840 - will be invoicing 8ta for ALL charges related
At logging the case, clearly stated and throughout follow up initiated by me, that I had NO ALTERNATIVE DAY TIME CONTACT NUMBER, and that I was to be CONTACTED VIA EMAIL, TWITTER or WHATSAPP.
No feedback, unless I initiated it.
Was told, even though the issue needed to be resolved urgently - have family situation where I need to be contactable, that it would take 72 hours.
Followed up at 48 hours - no work seemed to be have been done
My home landline was published in the open twitter stream, AFTER explicit instruction to use DM for such info
Technical Dispatch team not contactable, and do not make a proper complete effort to contact me
Technical Dispatch team rude and no attempt to resolve problem, only wanting to stick to a process that DOES NOT WORK. Simply kept stating it takes 24 hours to send a technician.
Requested call to be escalated and no feedback has been received to date.
It is now - 5 days and 12 hours and no feedback nor resolution!
YOUR SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS! Make it Easy to NOT CHOOSE 8ta!
