I placed an order on 2 Aug on Kalahari's new BETA site and made payment for my order the same day. It was a busy period at work and i went on leave shortly thereafter so i only remembered the order when i received an email on 17 Aug stating my order was being cancelled due to non-payment. 17 Aug was a Saturday.

On the morning of 19 Aug I contacted Kalahari and was asked to email proof of payment by Person A. I did.
On the morning of 21 Aug I emailed Person A and asked for feedback. I received no response so I called in the afternoon. I spoke with Person B who explained that a request had been sent to their billing department to credit my profile with the payment. They promised to call me back. They didn't
I called a day later and again spoke with someone who promised to call me back.

On Fri (23) I sent an email from the website to log my dispute. I received an automated response that i would be contacted soon.

I called Kalahari on Thursday 29 Aug to have my issue escalated. I was informed that the manager was in a meeting and she would contact me after. Still no response.

I don't want my issue resolved. I don't want a credit or a refund. Kalahari can have my R300.
