BAD SERVICE - NO RESPONSE

For the last month I've been trying to contact and left about 10 messages for Sunny Naidoo with no return call. I initially spoke to Shaun at the customer service desk who was very helpful. However, I am yet to receive a return call from Sunny Naidoo who apparently is in the collections department. How could this be resolved if the person is dealing with issue has not taken the liberty to return my call. We've cancelled our contract with Altech Netstar about 3 years ago and we are now being threatened by attorneys for payment. As far as we are aware this account has been settled by way of debit orders until the contract was cancelled.

All we need is for this to be sorted out so that we do not get unnecessary calls from their attorneys.
