Shocking customer service and incompetance!

Recently bought a new vehicle and had to activate the tracker fitted to the vehicle and cancelling the tracker fitted to my old vehicle.

Firstly the dealership mentioned that Netstar will contact me to activate the tracker, this only happened after numerous calls to the dealership as Netstar just did not contact me.

Eventually Wendy contacted me - what incompetance! At end of the call I assumed that my old tracker was cancelled and they new one activated. This was not the case.

Called Netstar two days later to query a debit order that went off my account and was informed that my old tracker was not cancelled and that I had a 36 month contract. If I wanted to cancel there would be a penalty - I am fine with that but why did Wendy not mention this to me and guarentee me that the tracker was cancelled?

Just got of the phone with Netstar and apparently the old one has been cancelled and that Netstat will call me to discuss settlement for the contract. The new one has been activated - now to awaiting an email confirmation.

The customer service at Netstar is just shocking and the competance of their staff is questionable!
