Altech Netstar
No Netstar Account and Handed over for Bad Debt???

I haven't dealt with Netstar in almost 6-years and the last time was also via HelloPeter which was the only way I could get my issue resolved. I happened to get an SMS yesterday about being handed over for bad dept by Altech on my DataLine (which I don't know how Altech obtained the number - probably illegally as I don't even know the telephone number of the line)

The consultant at the Credit Company's Call Centre can't tell me anything other than that I have been handed over. I have no idea for what or why? My previous issue was about Netstar refusing to cancel my account a year after I sold the vehicle - it was eventually resolved with assurance that everything has been resolved and sorted from Netstars Admin point of view.

Now this pops up - this needs to be resolved and a letter issued to me from NETSTAR clearing my name and everything else. They are now messing with my Credit Record and I will not accept anything less than a full letter of explanation and confirmation that they have rectified the issue AGAIN on their side.

I'm again reminded why for the past 3-times I've changed cars I've opted not to go with NETSTAR
