Slow Slack & uninterested service received by ADT

Had a break in 8 Aug, need a buffer report for insurance settlement. Took one week for a technician to come out and download report - however he cant do it because we do not have a phone line (ADT did not mention that this is required). Now they have to replace the current panel with new panel send the panel to the supplier to download the information - technician arrive today 22 Aug (2 weeks after the break in) just to tell me he does not have the correct panel as we have a 16 zone panel and he only has a 8 zone panel. So maybe they will get it right tomorrow (that is if they pitch). When joining adt just over a month ago we were promised response time to be between 3 and 5 min in reality it is more like 10 up to 28 min. Cannot contact any person in charge as you always end up talking to some machine or you can send an e-mail BUT response on e-mail is also non-existing just like there service I am currently getting. Requested sms paging to be activated on 14 Aug - to date NO ACTIVATION and no correspondence about my request - maybe I will get an response now - who knows miracles sometimes still happen.
