Billing for discontinued service - lack of respons

After requesting termination of contract, I was billed for two further months. The ADT motto "Always There" obviously does not apply to the accounts department. Numerous, expensive phone calls costing in excess of R 20 each time have been futile. The named member has not even responded to a number of messages requesting that she call me back. The matter has now been in process since May 2013.
