ITC UPDATE

This is my second complaint within 2 months. I have sent my complaint to MTN's customer care requesting that they look into their process and advise me. My ITC profile shows that MTN listed me under legal, i spoke to a gentleman when i was complaining about contract termination & advised that my account is not under legal. I then asked that they update my profile as they have never communicated with me since i took this contract with them. I logged this complaint on the 03/10/2013 since then no one from MTN bothered to provide feedback. All i want is that you remove that LEGAL listing on my ITC profile. You never responded directly all my complaint so may be you'll respond to this one. Also please stop sending messages to 0718798440 that number is not a contract number anymore. we now on the 3rd year since this number was changed to prepaid. MTN has an absolute service, i never imagined that a company like this could employ only incompetend staff that doesnt care about customers or the service they are rendering to customers who's making sure that they have a job. All i need is my ITC profile update & to be send proof that it done.
