On fitting an expensive alarm system presented by a representative of ADT, it was found that an item could not be used and had to be substituted by other items. There was a large difference in price and this was pointed out to the representative. The item was to be returned, and I was to receive a refund. Three months later, numerous phone calls to the representative and e-mails have been fruitless. This is the second bad service incident by this company in three months and despite all the phone calls to the highly frustrating and annoying service line, NO positive result has be en forthcoming. Even the previous post to Hello Peter, that ADT answered promptly on Hello Peter, including the comment that the company would contact me has not been fulfilled. Once your money is paid, and the monthly debit is in place, any sort of adherence by the accounts department to the motto "Always there" is totally absent.
