In March 2012 my contract was up for renewal, but I decided to terminate the contract. I paid the outstanding amount of R294 and sent all proof of payments through to them as well as a letter requesting termination of my contract. A person by the name of Alton Paul assisted me very nicely, but I don't think any of this information EVER reached the accounts department. After a couple of months, I again received accounts for outstanding monies which was billed for dates after the termination of the contract and again I had to send e-mails to get Nashua Mobile to stop billing me. My now 11 month old terminated contract has been handed over to Motlanthle Attorneys for collection. What more must I do?
