They keep on charging me for no reason at all

I received a statement on Monday afternoon stating that I owe R572.20 and I am not aware of this amount as I pay my account every month. I only owe R292.38 so I would like to know where the rest of the money comes from cause when I called the call centre during the week the incompetent rude people that ADT hired don't have a reason as to why I have to pay double the amount the guy I spoke to was so rude and told me that I owe ADT and that he does not know why I must go compare my statements and call him back is that service? CAN A MANAGER OF ADT PLEASE CALL ME!!!
