STILL RECEIVING STATEMENTS WITH OUTSTANDING AMOUNT

I posted a complained on Hello peter on 07/05/2013 stating that I am receiving statements after I cancelled my service and made my cancellation payment. ADT called me in response to my complained and insuring me that there is a double invoicing done on my account and that the correction will be send to the account department. I thought that it was sorted now. But no this morning I received a statement again still showing the amount outstanding. All i want is somebody to help me to sort this out. Dont call me and say it will be done. Do it and then call me as give me proof that the fault was corrected.
