Amount incorrectly debited and can't be sorted!

For the past month I have been trying to sort an query with no luck. Vodacom deducted more than 900 from my account incorrectly. I have a top up contract whereby a fixed amount should be debited yet more than double that amount was deducted at the end of June and July. Nobody can see the 1st debit on the system and nobody can tell me why more than double was deducted this month? I have sent my bank statements countless times but surprisingly nobody received it to date! the excuse ; 'they can't see it on the system'! I don't see how this is my problem and I need my money back otherwise I will take this further! More than R900 is due to me by Vodacom and I want this money back. The reason why I have a top up contract is so that a fixed amount is debited from my account, yet more than double has been deducted from my account over the past 2 month's? This is shocking and what's more pathetic is that I have wasted my time calling the call center and everyone is too incompetent to assist!
