The most rudest person I've ever spoke 2

This rude siviwe guy calls me to say that my debit order was not sent through, only too find that it was he was to stupid to check the system and to do his job correctly! I call in a number of times they tell me that he was incharge of my account so I call him directly 01/07/2013then he tells me that their systems are offline ironicly the people I spoke to told me that they are not offline..how ever he was so rude to me and even told me saying that If I go to the nedbank brach that double debited amount will be reversed which was a lie! I want my money back by today!!! I regret the day I started working with mfc siviwe is rude he does not deserve to be working withg clients... he to clients, he is the reason why we don't want anything to do with mfc!!! They can't even answer their phones I left the team leader. (Ana) a couple of msgs she still hasn't called!
