I called on Monday 27/01/2014 to enquire about the amount on my statement the agent that took the call she was rude and not helping at all!!! her name was Onika or something like that when I asked her about the amount and why is less then the debit order she said to me "You are not getting it"and I need to go and read my contract this is now the type of service that I need to be happy with the rude incompetent staff with no manners when I asked to speak to the supervisor Sam she dropped the call but I will not let some rude agent speak to me like that I have the time to call again and trace the person and informed Sam I want feedback and I want to know how is he going to solve this problem and I will again complain to the managers and directors if I do not receive my feedback I pay my account every month and demand service!!!
