Wrong blling of my account with no valid reason

I am so disappointed to Miway on the inefficient way of handling queries that are related to the wrongful debiting my account with an amount of R2812. 00 and now my bank is harassing of the overdrawn amount and demand repayment immediately.

On Sunday 8 December I received an SMS notification that Miway has debited my account with and amount of R2812.00 and subsequent to that I tried to call immediately the voice message indicated that they agents will only be available on Monday. I then left the request for call back. On Monday morning I called Miway to find out why did they debited my account, but no reason was given and I was told to email the bank statement, even though I indicated that I am not in the position to provide that as I was not in the office and therefore impossible for me to that. I then managed to get access of an email and sent through the bank statement, also called the call centre in the evening but also could not get an answer and the only response was that it might have been a system error and this will might be sorted in 72 hours. I am so disappointed and angry in such a way that Miway dealt with my problem and the inconvenience caused.
