After 27 days still no response to my query!

I do not know how to resolve this issue anymore.

I phoned the National call-centre with a request to get my Tax Logbook on 19 July, I followed up with an e-mail detail on 24th July, I asked for responses three times, I phoned the call centre again including today several times - It is now 27 days and all get in response is that my query will be answers on one day!

I called the National Call-centre again today and held on for the first available operator for almost 35 minutes. Four attempts, four dropped calls without speaking to anyone. (I have a phone log to prove this).

I am now tryingHellopeter.com but then there are 530 others infront of me already.

I am pulling my hair out.
