More than a month and issue still not resolved!!!

More than a month ago, i tested my netstar unit by pushing my panic button and as i got no call back from netstar, i called them and after waiting 20 minutes just to get through to an agent, i asked them to test my unit. They confirmed that it was not working and said that they will book me in with a fitment centre to resolve the issue. They transferred me to the fit. centre - AA autosound. I spoke to a lady, who confirmed that someone would come through to see me the next day. No one did. 3 days later, i called Netstar back, and again aftre 15 minutes of waiting to speak to an agent, they transferred me to AA autosound, who on that call, said that someone would come through to me the next day. No one did. On the third attempt, ang again waiting for an extended period, i spoke to gerhard at Netstar and explained the situation and said that i did not want to speak to that fitment centre and Netstar needs to sort this out. He did manage to get someone to see me and 30 minutes after being with my car, said that i should test it in a few days. A few days later, i tested it and again the call centre could not get a position on my car. Now, the new unit has not been loaded on my acc.
