Altech Netstar
Totally incompitent!!

I have a fleet of 5 vehicles that are fitted with Netstar Cyber Sleuth Supreme tracking systems. I am paying for 'live' tracking but I never am able to get a live report. I called he callcentre on numerous occasions and they keep blaming their IT department. I demand a response from Altech as I am paying for a service that I cannot make use of.
