Absa don't answer calls & keep cutting you off

I am trying to resolve a query on my Home Loan. I phoned Head Office and they gave me a number to dial. I called this number and while waiting for someone from the call centre to answer, was cut off twice. I advised the operator when I did get through and asked, if we were cut off again, if someone could call me back. No sorry, we're an inbound call centre. Halfway through the call, I was cut off again, I then tried to call back 15 times with no joy. While waiting for a call centre operator to answer, I was just cut off. So then I called the Head Office and surprise, was cut off again. I redialled and asked for the client complaint centre and was then left to hold on for 15 minutes and 22 seconds before, surprise, being cut off. All the while being told that you call will be answered and thank you for holding. Doesn't anyone talk to clients anymore??? I am angry and frustrated and there is no-one who cares.
