No Response

I have been trying to get hold of the people from customer care relating to my account. I sent an email yesterday and they haven't responded. Today I called in and held the line for a full ten minutes without anyone answering the phone which led me to think that there is no call centre at at all. Its disappointin that when you are trying to get help no one responds.
