Unattended tel calls and e mails

Hi

I am an existing client and have purchased a new vehicle on 29/11. I have called several times and keep being put on hold for more than 30 minutes so I sent e mails. it is almost a month and I still do not have a response.i called retensions and still held on for another 20 minutes I called telesales today and someone said they will call back, gave them my details still no calls. I need to put a tracking device asap.
your service is deplorable and I can only image if it takes so long to get back to people how long will you take to recover a vehicle?
