Nobody picking up calls at Netstar call centre

I have been calling Netstar for 2 days, requiring my contract to be cancelled.

NOBODY is picking up the phone at the call centre despite holding on for more than 20 minutes at a time. I have now sent an e-mail which they confirmed receipt of and they promised to revert within 24 hours.

PATHETIC serive Netstar, i guess i'll be moving on to other tracking devices!
