I was overseas for a few days in UK, during this time I turned off my email, made hardly any phone calls and only used internet very rarely. However on my return I received for bill for over R15k!!! On inspection the charges on the bill appeared not only exorbitant, but also clearly wrong with calls/sms to numbers which I did not dial/ exist and very large downloads of data at times when I was sleeping. I contacted the call centre to question this invoice on 26 August 2013. The call centre operator promised to investigate. I asked cell C not to debit my account until this was resolved. This request was ignored and we were debited R15k! The call centre agent also did not revert with a resolution. Since then my husband and I have called the call centre over 5 times in the past 3 weeks but with no resolution, and in most cases the agent never getting back to us (first ref no is 3082603184) Most recently we spoke to the supervisor Kurt who also did not phone us back us as promised (twice) nor has he responded to numerous emails. This is a lot of money to us and the call centre is not able to resolve this. Cell C seems very slow to resolve this since they have already got our money!
